Georgetown hosts the first of a three-day, community-supported music festival in public spaces. This immersive festival is driven by the energetic performances of the street bands from around the world; New Orleans brass bands, punk rock marching bands, European Klezmer, Balkan and Romani music, Samba, Maracuatu all in the spirit of Mardi Gras and Carnival.
